The EAR 890 is a valve power amplifier using 8 X KT90 power valves to gracefully drive a large range of loudspeakers. It has RCA and XLR inputs, plus input gain control for each channel situated at the rear of the unit. It can also be bridged to increase power - you can use two 890 amps either in mono bloc form or classic stereo. As usual with EAR, design is timeless and maintenance is easy and low cost.

The 890 has been reviewed and recommended by Stereophile, HiFi News and Revue Du Son.
